I received the wrong item(s). What do I do?

Please let me know immediately by sending an email to info@renewuorganics.com & I will get back to you as soon as possible. Be sure to add your order number to the email.

If you open and use the wrong item received, unfortunately we cannot issue a return for sanitation reasons.

I used the wrong address at check out. What should I do?

Please contact me at info@renewuorganics.com with the correct full address so that I can find it in my system quickly and efficiently. If you don't provide the correct address within 24 hours, I cannot stop your package from being shipped to the address you originally provided.
